Is CBD legal?
As long as it comes from an industrial hemp strain that is EU approved (contains less than 0.2% THC), CBD is legal in the UK.
If you are looking to travel abroad with CBD it is advised to look at the destination guidelines and regulations on CBD as these may differ from the UK.
Will these products get me high or cause me to fail a drug test?
Our products contain no THC - the compound responsible for the "high" effect in cannabis. My CBD Doctor products contain CBD which is not an illegal substance and will not result in failure of a drug test.
How much CBD am I allowed to take?
While daily dosage can vary person-to-person, the FSA recommends a maximum daily dose of 70mg.

Can I take too much CBD?
Although CBD is not intoxicating and high doses can be tolerated, taking large quantities can increase risks of negative side effects such as diarrhoea, vomiting or drowsiness.
Is CBD a medicine?
CBD in general is NOT considered a medicine. Medicinal CBD must be medically licensed and prescribed by a doctor.
CBD is considered a Novel Food and is regulated by the FSA.
Can I take CBD alongside my medication?
CBD is not recommended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. If you are already taking medication, we suggest you speak to your doctor before using any CBD products.

When will I get my order?
Delivery estimate of 3-5 days for UK orders. International orders typically take 5-7 days.

What are the delivery charges?
UK: Orders are charged at a standard shipping rate of £4.10. Free shipping is offered on orders over £50.
International: Shipping rates for international orders start at £10.25 and may increase based on order weight.
